Shipping and Returns​​

We promise to deliver the best quality custom products to you in a timely manner at the lowest price. Below are our shipping, return, and refund policies:

Shipping

​

All product orders ship for a flat $1 to anywhere in the U.S. We use USPS as our primary carrier. As such, customers can expect to receive their orders 3-5 business days after they are placed. We are also happy to ship orders to alternate addresses or as gifts; just let us know in the comments when you submit your order.

Our guarantee

 

We strive to deliver the best possible experience, and products possible. We guarantee you will receive a high quality product, processed and shipped quickly, in the quantity you ordered. For custom works, we will work closely with you to deliver a product that is a close reflection of the work you uploaded, or commissioned.

 

As we are not a freight carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery times. While we will process your order immediately, please understand that factors beyond our control may impact shipping times. Additionally, we rely on the address and contact information you provide. Improperly entered mailing addresses may make it difficult for USPS to deliver your product. We cannot be held liable for deliveries which are refused by the recipient. 


Our refund/reprint policy:
 

We aim for 100% perfection and satisfaction in all of our products. If you are unhappy with the quality of a product, please complete the form below and we will make it right. If your order has arrived damaged we will replace it with a reprint of the damaged products. We require a photo to clarify the condition of your order before processing the reprint. For custom products, if the quality of the products you received is not satisfactory, we will refund you the full amount or offer a free reprint. We require a photo to clarify the issues with your order and may also ask that you ship back the products to us. Villeneuve Innovations Group, LLC. does not reimburse for return shipping costs on the products being returned.

We will not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that have Proof of Delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by filling out our Customer Care Request Form within 60 days of receiving your order. We work hard to respond to your requests within 3 business day and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Villeneuve Innovations Group, LLC will refund up to the full amount that was paid to Villeneuve Innovations Group, LLC by the customer on any single order. Products purchased through third parties (e.g. Living Social, Groupon, or retail stores) cannot be refunded directly by Villeneuve Innovations Group, LLC. Please contact the appropriate third party for a resolution.
